Eternal spinner on login
Occasionally, users logging in internally (and I think automatically, i.e. they are already logged into their domain-joined PC) get an eternal loading spinner and the login callback is never called.
More investigation required to find the actual cause of the issue and a potential fix. Probably requires digging into the @kdpw/msal-b2c-react library.
